1. General Rules and Information 1.1 The role of freshmen Freshmen participated in the program act as a team with their groups. 1. 2 Determination of the winner -50% of the total capital of the group -50% of the number of trials of booths by each group 1.3 Announcement of result Result will be announced in Cafeteria Old Beach right after barbeque.
2. Gaming system 2.1 Money system The initial capital of each group is given in the game of running and grabbing money from a box. They are required to use the capital to bid the plots and buildings specifically of different nature, play the booths and invite other groups to demonstrate cheer. 2.2 The determination of initial capital Location: Car park in the campsite Materials needed: banknotes, group flags, a non-transparent box, cheque Aims: To determine the initial capital Description: First, a freshman representing a group will run 50m to take their own group flag and return to their starting point. When the freshman arrives, another freshman will run about 30m to grab money by one hand from a non-transparent box. The box contains only $1000 notes. The notes grabbed by the freshmen will be counted by OC. The first three winners will receive a bonus of $1500, $1000, and $500 respectively. The initial capital will be the money grabbed and bonus received by the group. It will be presented as a ‘cheque’ given by OC Chair for the coming auction.
