The Largest Success "Come now, let us settle the matter, says the Lord."
THE NOTES "Punishment", "salvation". The journey of Isaiah is composed of 66 chapters, and we may be think is just similar with a mini Bible. Chapters 1-39 correspond to the 39 books of the old covenant by emphasizing God's judgment on those who refuse to repent. Chapters 1-27 is about Jesus that can be connected in the new deal which focuses on the Messiah, which is "our salvation"
1 God is our eternal Comforter, Liberator, and Savior. Â God will forgive all our sins if we leave our past and turn to Him. The instantaneous joy of sin in our lives will never be equal to the truly great price we have to pay for (the judgment of God). God is holy and will not be delayed in acting if unsustainable sustenance continues on His covenant people. Release comes from God, and not from man (Isaiah 63: 1). THE LARGEST SUCCESS in this World is obedient to the will of God. Isaiah 61: 8 For, I, the LORD, love the law, and hate robbery and deceit; I will reward you appropriately, and will commit eternal covenant with you.
2 New Zion At a time when Judah was spiritually poor, Israel was even worse. After Isaiah prophesied the destruction of Israel by Assyria, which really happened soon after that, he turned his attention to Judah. The message of his prophecy to Judah and the surrounding nations was that God's punishment would come upon them as well. If they do not turn from their wicked ways, they will be captured by the Babylonians. However, not all were bleak, Isaiah convinced them that those who were in exile would be allowed to return to Jerusalem under the orders of Cyrus king: "A suffering servant" will be born as a child of God from a virgin to become the Messiah and bring salvation to The world: and the restoration of Jerusalem will take place and become a great blessing for the new Zion. Isaiah's prophecy of Jesus Christ is as clear as the crystal glass, meticulous, and perhaps more detailed than that of the old covenant. Isaiah, a learned scholar and political scientist, lived in Jerusalem. Jesus brought God's message to all Israel, but his ministry was primarily addressed to Judah. The prophets Hosea and Micah also prophesied God's Word at the same time.
If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land;
“ARISE, SHINE, FOR YOUR LIGHT HAS COME, AND THE GLORY OF THE LORD RISES UPON YOU.
