“The Delicious Duo” Christi Eddins-Nash and Holly Chance CHRISTI EDDINS-NASH is a native Southeast Texan and is known for her unrivaled attention to detail, fine orchestration skills and personal touches for each of her clients to create an unsurpassed event. Christi began her career in the 15 years ago organizing political events and fund-raisers. Christi’s love of cooking and food led her down the path of becoming a chef and she began working within the food and event industry in many positions. Her natural ability to listen to her client’s vision and create menus that reflect their personalities and style has become her trademark. She and along with business partner Holly Chance opened Beaumont Catering Company in the spring of 2008. She continues to look forward to the challenges that each client presents and exceeding their expectations. HOLLY CHANCE began her career in Beaumont’s hospitality industry, as a server, working her way through college. Once graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Lamar University, she moved to California to continue her education with the hopes of returning to her hometown to share this knowledge with Southeast Texas. She quickly landed the position of planning menus and executing events for a local high-end restaurant where she met her current business partner, Christi. After working many years together they decided to venture out on their own and open Beaumont Catering Company, LLC. Holly sees each event as a unique opportunity to design the experience of a lifetime. She has taken her company and her industry to new places creating expectations that can only be met by such a company as Beaumont Catering Company and its employees. Her philosophy of creative planning and meticulous management has resulted in stellar events. Even as the company grows, Holly has remained assessable to each client and looks forward to the challenges that are presented to her.
