with the lower edge of the bottom fixed shelf. The doors can be made from flat glued-up panels that are available at the local lumber store. Or you can make elegant raised-panel doors on a table saw.

Cut four stiles at ¾″ thick by 2¼″ wide by 21¾″ long and four rails at ¾″ by

12¼″ by 14¾″ long. The rail size is found by subtracting the stile widths from the total door width (17¾″ - 4½″ = 13¼″) and adding the two tenon lengths of ¾″ each to the rail length (13¼″ + 1½″ = 14¾″). Use the table saw and make a groove¼″ wide by ¾″ deep on one edge of each rail and stile. Center the groove on each edge.

The rails require a¼″-thick by ¾″-long tenon centered on each end of both rails. Use the table saw and a regular blade to make the tenons. Make the
