ELEMENTS EXTRA Elements Extra makes use of Fusion, The Forum’s new digital space, to present a thought-provoking and inspired exhibition of work by local A Level and primary school students. Including photography, animation and mixed media, the work on show encompasses the theme ‘Man and the Environment’ as seen through the eyes of children and young people.

BAYER CROPSCIENCE Vital support provided by Bayer CropScience Ltd in Norwich enabled Community Artist Tim Edwards to work with both schools to develop Elements Extra. Bayer CropScience is situated in close proximity to both Hellesdon High School and Valley Primary School. Projects like this help the local community to understand more about Bayer CropScience and the work they do within the local area.

HELLESDON HIGH SCHOOL Discover a diverse selection of Photography and Art & Design work from A Level students at Hellesdon High School. The students’ beautiful and vibrant portrayals investigate nature, war, natural materials and landscapes in an imaginative and creative way. “Being involved with Elements Extra has taken our Advanced Level Art & Design and Photography students on a valued journey, encompassing excitement, apprehension, intuitive leaps, thought provoking discussion, ambitious creativity and a sense of pride. The focus of exhibiting publicly coupled with artist Tim Edwards’ enthusiasm and experience offers students a taste of what it is to be a practising visual artist in today’s world.” Alison Penton, Head of Art and Design Hellesdon High School
