Outsourcing is an accepted management tool for redefining and re-energizing the corporation focus. Most companies delegate part of their operational activities to Outsourcing companies to improve business focus, free management from day to day operations, redirection of resources, and in effect achieving a significant cost saving measures. Proper analysis and thorough consideration should be given before a company decides whether to outsource some of its functions and which functions to be outsourced. We have provided outsourcing services both in forms of Personnel Employment Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing to various domestic and multinational industries. what we do

Our dedicated and specialized resources are focusing on providing two types of outsourcing services: Personnel Employment Outsourcing (PEO) Transferring and sharing some of Human Resources function to an outside supplier (outsourcing company). Functions would typically include recruitment, assessment, placement, compensation negotiation, personnel administration & retention, and termination services Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Contracting of a specific business tasks with agreed target outcome as performance measurement criteria to a third-party service provider.

Personnel Employment Outsourcing PEO

Our main services in PEO's business division basically concerning three main activities: Recruitment Process Retention Process Resignation Process Our outsourced staff are designated in two primary fields, such as: Frontliner Staff : Call center, customer care, customer relation, collection, etc. General Support Staff : Administration support, data entry, surveyor, human resources, service & development, accounting, general affairs, etc.

Wide range of Candidate Selection We have a full-function recruitment center which serves our clients in recruiting, assessing and hiring candidates from our extensive database. Over time, our database will perpetually grow as we complete the Human Resource cycle for our clients (hiring retain-terminate). We have in-house psychologists fully qualified to conduct assessment and talent determination for the would-be hired. Delegating Function to the best Provider As Human Resource function may not be part of core competencies for typical organizations, we strive to provide the best and competent resources in that field. We have developed our own core competencies in areas of payroll services and personnel administration & management. Active Involvement in Personnel Development Program As part of our commitment to deliver best suitable personnel to our clients, we provide training and development center with active and dynamic programs to enhance outsourced staff skill set and competencies. Service Replacement An agreed performance acceptance criteria will be jointly developed in a typical PEO engagement services. Thus, when a personnel is under-performing according to such criteria, our client will have the flexibility to have replacement within the standard turnaround time for hiring and selection processes. Legal Employment Compliance We equip ourselves with knowledge and resources to ensure that all legal and government regulations are complied with, either from business operation side or relationship between companies and their labors.

Business Process Outsourcing BPO

vertime, we have envisioned the transition in the level of services demanded from our clients, from employment service like PEO to business process service delivery types of engagements. The vision propels us to enhance our resource capabilities to deliver specific services demanded.

For BPO, our clients delegate part of the business process to us and measure our performance based on a set of defined metrics or service level agreement. In return, we will charge a fee based on certain level of output as defined by both parties. We continue to grow in BPO services for areas such as Human Resource functions, either in part or in its entirety: Recruitment & Assessment Services People development Services Payroll Processing Services Benefit & Compensation Services Sales & Distribution Channel Data Entry Services Call Center Services Through our affiliated company, PT. Pacomnet, we serve Information Technology Outsourcing fields in the form of ASP (Application Service Provider) which encompasses full life-cycle of application including design, develop, deploy and maintain our solution to our prime customers in areas like: ? Internet Banking delivery channel ? Mobile Banking delivery channel (SMS, Java-based and/or WAP-based options) ? Mobile Stock Trading ? Internet and Mobile-based solution
