Wine & Tapas Classes Travel to wine-producing regions around the world hosted by a visiting wine expert. All classes held at Rendezvous Café and Wine Bar in O’Fallon. Chefs from Rendezvous Café will be pairing each tapas with a different wine from the same region. Learn about culture, wine pairings and more. Must be 21 years old to attend.
Great Grilling Wines Taste five wines perfect for the grilling season! If the weather permits, we will be outside with the grill going. Each wine will be paired with a light appetizer from the grill. Oskar Blues Brewery Beer Tasting Taylor with Oskar Blues from Colorado and North Carolina will be hosting a beer tasting to introduce you to five of their beers. Along with the beer you will receive a toasted chicken sandwich with caramelized onions, bacon, fontina and fig walnut jam on toasted sourdough, accompanied with a salad. Italian Extravaganza Indira with Terra Firma Wines is hosting our Italian wine tasting. You will sample five wines paired with light Italian appetizers such as caprese salad and shrimp bruschetta. Class held at Rendezvous Café and Wine Bar in O’Fallon. Must be 21 years old to consume alcohol. 8/23

Summer Cocktails Anne with Lohr Distributors will be conducting a class on some great refreshing summer cocktails. Taste five cocktails along with some appetizers.
