17 May 2018 Dear Parents and Caregivers, On behalf of the Sports Department, I would like to congratulate your son on his selection to represent St Bernard’s College in ACC Intermediate Badminton. As you are aware St Bernard’s College is a member of the Associated Catholic Colleges (ACC) competition. The competition is based on a round robin fixture with finals to be conducted at the end of the one-day competition. Date:

Students are to bring both morning tea and lunch with them to the tournament along with a drink bottle.
Full School Sport Uniform is to be worn.
Students are permitted to bring their phone for essential communication relating to this event. It is expected they will use these respectfully and maturely.
If your son is taking regular medication we ask that it be handed to Ms Lori Carroll on the morning of the excursion so that it can be stored with the medical supplies. All medication must be administered by a staff member.
Students are required to follow all College rules whilst attending this ACC event.
What to bring:
Students are to bring their lunch in a small backpack along with their drink bottle. Students are permitted to bring their own badminton racquet with them. Badminton racquets will be supplied for all students attending on the day.
