WELCOME | Autumn 2013 Collection

welcome…

to the autumn 2013 edition of Our Collection Magazine. We are delighted to be able to showcase a selection of houses, cottages, farms and equestrian property sold or let by us during 2013, together with a taste of our prime stock being marketed for the autumn 2013. Welcome to the latest edition of Our Collection Magazine. Having enjoyed a summer of glorious weather, the good news is that the property market has also heated up. In a recent article the RICS confirms buyers are returning to the market in their biggest numbers for four years and during July the number of potential buyers looking to enter the market grew at the fastest rate since 2009. Our offices have sold some fine property this year a sample of which is showcased in this magazine, together with a selection of our prime stock being marketed this autumn. Those of you who already know us will be aware at Batcheller Monkhouse we are focused on the bigger picture, as well as paying attention to the finer detail – all the ‘little’ things that can make a real difference in the orchestration of a smooth and successful sale or rental. This principal remains the same, whether marketing a character townhouse, or a complex country estate. Our clients enjoy access to a truly bespoke service provided by dedicated and highly experienced Partner-led teams. We look forward to putting this expertise to work on your behalf.
