SWIM LESSONS YOUTH SWIM TRAINING AND FITNESS (AGES 6-17)

CREATE-A-CLASS (AGES 3+)

This is a great opportunity for flying fish level and above swimmers to continue their development. Ability appropriate group workouts will be lead by an “on deck” coach. Technique feedback, drills, interval sets and endurance work will be emphasized. This class is appropriate for swimmers who want to get their feet wet trying out a “swim team” training-like experience. It can also fit the needs of those who are maintaining their swimming level of fitness inbetween seasons, or for those who want a fun experience staying active and fit in an aquatic environment. Participants will work on all four competitive strokes.

Can’t make any of our swim times? Have special needs that need to be addressed? Create your own class! This is a hybrid program that mixes private and group lessons for a group of four or more people, who want to have a class that is a different time or day than our normally offered classes. Fill out the Create Your Own Class request form and turn it in at our Welcome Center. Forms can be found at the Welcome Center.
