LOURDES HELP – Church Door collection Lourdes Associated Membership collection at the church doors helps the less well off to make the pilgrimage. The money raised is used wisely by the diocesan pilgrimage organisers. It is raised by parishioners who are members of the parish Praesidium of the Legion of Mary before and after Mass today. These changes are due giving priority to the International Eucharistic Congress. SUMMER SCHEME The Triangle Parishes Projects annual summer scheme will be running for children aged 4-11 years between the 2nd - 6th July. Children attending the Summer Scheme will enjoy a week full of games, stories, arts and crafts, sports, treasure hunts, musical activities, cookery, dance and more. It is an opportunity for young people to engage in fun

PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL The new councillors are Sally Andrew, Terry Butcher, Arlene Duffy, Sean Farren, Ernestine McKeever, Edel Mooney and for a second term Aaron Doherty and Kerry Gottschalk. Our thanks are due to the generous parishioners who are standing down after serving the parish for five years (and longer) as council members. APOSTOLIC WORKERS Committee meeting on Tuesday 12th June at 7.30pm in the Parish Centre to finalise arrangements for Apostolic Awareness Day. All members are please asked to attend. APOSTOLIC AWARENESS DAY On the 16th and 17th June the local Apostolic Workers group will be handing out envelopes to be collected on Apostolic Awareness Day on the 23rd and 24th June. This money goes to support missionaries involved in medical, food, educational and clean water projects in the developing world. If you are a tax payer we would ask you to consider using Gift Aid which will significantly increase your donation AT NO COST TO YOU. We are all affected by the present economic situation but those most affected live in the developing world. YOUTH FESTIVAL The Knock Summer Festival is taking place on Saturday the 28th July.
