NOVEMBER NOTES Mass for those parishioners who died in the past year will be celebrated in Star of the Sea on Wednesday, 27th November at 7.30pm. Remembrance Sunday today our 11am Mass will be at 11.30 to allow parishioners to attend the War Memorial Service at 10.45am. During the month of November, Masses will be offered for the happy repose of all the departed named on the November Dead Lists. Please leave your list (in the envelope provided) in the basket in the sanctuary. The Annual Diocesan Mass for deceased Pioneers will take place on Tuesday 12th November in St Comgall’s Church, Antrim at 7pm. The celebrant and homilist for our Mass is Fr Raymond McCullagh, our Diocesan Spiritual Director. All Pioneers and their families are invited to attend.

ZOMBA ACTION PROJECT A Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate 10 years of ZAP will be held on Sunday 17th November at 8pm in Hazelbank Presbyterian Church, Coleraine. The Community Choir, conducted by Roberta Scott and Accompanied by Peter Wilson, will be singing. All very welcome.

PASTORAL AREA INITIATIVES (1) Two episodes of the Catholicism DVDs will be shown in Ballymoney Parish on Tuesday 12th Nov at 7.30pm. Episodes 6 & 7. Each episode is 'stand-alone' viewing, so if you miss one it will have no impact upon the next session. You are all very welcome. (2) Journey into Freedom, Giving God another Chance, continues on Monday 11th November from 7.30 – 9pm in St. Malachy's Parish Centre, Coleraine. The theme for week 4 is ‘How can we share our faith with the people we love?’ Guest speaker is Denis O’Leary from Kilkenny. All welcome. Light refreshments will be served. Some of our Ministers have been serving since this ministry started in our parish 26 years ago! We particularly need people who can visit the sick after the 6pm and 11am Mass but we could do with more help at the 9am also. Think about it. Pray about it.
