So you are about to put your house up for sale and you need to select an agent and agency to represent you. The question is, who do you choose and why? I have listed below 3 tips to assist anyone looking to engage the services of a real estate agent. PRICE Don’t be fooled or bought by the agent who claims that can get way more than everyone else. The active buyers in the market will determine the value of the property. Pricing your home to high will limit the number of buyers looking, making it hard to sell. If agents have to use this tactic to win business, beware!

You get what you pay for in life so why compromise when selling the biggest asset you own.
