Lifestyle Communities managing director James Kelly said Lifestyle Officer’s Health and Wellness Expo offered a great opportunity for local people to connect with the right health and wellbeing providers in

their community. “If you’d like to take better care of yourself, there’s such a diverse range of traditional and alternative health options to choose from, and it can sometimes be difficult to decide which service is right for you,” he said. “Our Health and Wellness Expo offers a free taste of a fantastic range of services to suit a variety of people’s needs, all of which are available right here in the wider Cardinia area.”

Lifestyle Officer will also be looking after stomachs with healthy food options available from Yoghurt Culture, while the community’s homeowners will be manning the barbecue cooking up vegie burgers and sausages. Mordialloc Brewing will be offering free beer tasting (in healthy moderation) while a delicious range of herbal teas, each with its own unique benefits and flavours, will be available to try.
