More than 2,000 lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender activists in India joined together in New Delhi on November 25th to march in the fifth India Gay Pride Parade. Activists proudly held signs that encouraged anti-discrimination and waved rainbow flags to symbolize the LGBT movement. They are demanding tolerance and same-sex marital rights in a society where conservative laws currently object the acceptance of homosexuality.
