Location Liverpool is the sixth largest city in the United Kingdom and is the commercial and administrative capital of the Merseyside conurbation. RETAILING IN LIVERPOOL Liverpool city centre has recently been the subject of a significant remodelling with Grosvenor’s £900 million Liverpool One scheme.
