• 50ml Buffalo Trace bourbon • Dash of orange bitters • 2 teaspoons cinnamon-infused maple syrup

50ml Pisco Acholado 1 egg white 3 drops Angostura bitters 30ml lime juice 20ml sugar syrup

Fill a shaker with all the ingredients and ice, shake and pour into a chilled glass. Top with the bitters. Recipe taken from Ceviche: Peruvian Kitchen by Martin Morales

Shake the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for 30 seconds. Serve in a chilled rock tumbler and garnish with an orange peel twist.
