The new occupants of this condominium unit, a married couple with two young kids and a newborn, saw that this 10-year-old apartment needed only some sprucing up for it to look fresh and modern again. The flooring and wardrobe in the bedrooms were changed while the marble flooring in the living room was polished to regain its sheen. The kitchen, which looked dated, was given a new set of cabinets and countertops, and furnished with brand new appliances.
