Class Descriptions

BURN AND TURN: Class starts out with 20-25minutes of high speed endurance lifting with light weights followed by 30 mins. of indoor cycling and finishing off with some effective stretching. Core Stability Shallow Water: Water This class consists of core stability exercises using noodles and hand buoys in combination with movements that remain “anchored down” with one or both feet firmly grounded on the bottom of the pool. Deep Water Running: Running Simulating land running in water where the feet do not touch the bottom of the pool. Floatation devices are used. Various running styles, drills and methods are used. H20 Deep/Shallow Water: Water One hour of cardio and muscle conditioning in the deep or shallow water. All ages welcome!

IIndoor Cycle: Cycle Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this stationary cycling class can accommodate you! You will be guided by a “coach” who will provide a training profile, music and motivation. All you need to be able to do is...pedal a bike! All riders are in control of their own intensity; so all fitness levels CAN ride together to build cardiovascular strength and endurance, and/or become a better cyclist.

Pump and Tone: Tone This class is performed to music using free weights, body bars and an aerobic step. Participants choose their weights based on the exercise and their personal strength levels. Major muscle groups are worked via series of compound and isolation-based exercises including squats, presses, dead lifts and as well as other exercises.

Kickboxing: Kickboxing a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts. This is a total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. Pilates: Pilates is a series of whole body exercises designed to build strength while developing balance and flexibility. Primarily, these exercises focus on the body’s abdominal and back muscles and on spinal mobility. The majority of the exercises are done on one’s back, promoting core strength in a supported position. Pilates is excellent for all levels of fitness and can be tailored to suit almost any physical limitation.

T.B.C. : (Total Body Conditioning): This is a total body conditioning class that blends cardiovascular training with resistance training and finishes with various stretching and abdominal routines. Various equipment will be used to tone and strengthen all major muscle groups.

Yogilates: Yogilates A class that combines the slow controlled breathing and stretching of yoga with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates.
