Led by Jim Fries, this class will walk through a few of their incredible stories, and show how you can apply their lessons to your life.

G6 Class • February 7 to March 14 • Rooms 5/6 The one-sentence mission statement of Springfield First – to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world – leads many people to ask, “What is a disciple?” The G6 Class will detail six characteristics of a deeply devoted disciple of Jesus Christ, all beginning with the letter “G.” Glory – worshiping God; Grace – imparting Christ’s love; Growth – celebrating spiritual disciplines; Group – doing life together; Giftedness – serving others; Generosity – sharing compassionately Note – The G6 class is a pre-requisite for becoming a New Member at Springfield First. The next New Members class will take place on Wednesday, March 21, at 6:30-8:00pm. Lenten Study – Restored • February 21 to March 28 • Atrium 3 Our lives can be a mess! Led by your pastors, this class will mirror our Lenten sermon series and a take a deeper look at the book, Restored: Finding Redemption in Our Mess, by Tom Berlin, and his view of how God’s grace can help us redeem the messes we get into! When the Game Is Over, It All Goes Back in the Box • February 7 to March 21 • Room 2 Oftentimes, our lives mirror board games… Life, Clue, Monopoly. Like these board games, when our game of Life is over, we can’t take the things of this world with us, and it all goes back in the box. Using John Ortberg’s book and led by John Marsaglia, we’ll explore what really matters in life and how to plan for the ultimate win, an eternity with God in heaven. Women's Ministry – Present Over Perfect • Room 7 With all the pressure on women today to be everything to everyone, it’s easy to feel exhausted and isolated. Using Shauna Niequist’s book, Present over Perfect: Leaving behind Frantic for a Simpler, More Soulful Way of Living, we’ll walk a path from “pushing and proving” to being who God created you to be.
