BBQ RANCH POPCORN WHAT YOU NEED: 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix 2 Teaspoons of Smoked Paprika 1 Teaspoon of Light Brown Sugar Microwaveable Popcorn / Stove-top Popcorn DIRECTIONS: Stir the Ranch Dressing Mix, Smoked Paprika and Brown Sugar together in a small bowl. Set aside. Microwave or cook your popcorn. I prefer to make my own over the stove-top – I’ll feel better about what I’m eating. Pour the popcorn into a larger bowl, take the mix and pour it over the popcorn immediately. Toss the mix over the popcorn to coat.


BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP WHAT YOU NEED: 1 lb boneless / skinless chicken breast 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 1 8oz. package of cream cheese – softened at room temperature 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Dressing 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing 1 package of shredded cheese (use pepper jack to add more heat to the dish)

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Boil chicken breast (20 – 25 minutes) and shred like you would pulled pork. Combine half of the shredded cheese, all liquids and celery in a bowl and mix. Add chicken and fold into mixture gently. Add mixture to a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top mixture with remaining shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 – 25 mins or when you see cheese and mixture is bubbling. Then enjoy!!!


VEGETARIAN CHILI BITES WHAT YOU NEED: Tostitos Multigrain Scoops Chili (do yourself a favor and go with the store bought version – Whole Foods makes a great one!)

CHEESEBURGER STUFFED MUSHROOM BURGERS WHAT YOU NEED: 6 Medium Portobello Mushrooms 1/4 lb Ground Beef 1/4 Avocado 1 tsp Worcestershire 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper dash of cayenne Slices Cheddar Cheese 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced DIRECTIONS: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Remove the stems from your mushrooms, and cut them along the bottom sides to make a smooth edge. Scrape out the brown middle of the mushroom. In a bowl, mash up the avocado, then add the beef, Worcestershire, Parmesan, salt, pepper and cayenne. Mix together until everything is combined.Stuff the mushrooms with the beef mixture, then top with cheddar cheese.Place each mushroom in a baking dish, and place in the oven for approximately 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and beef is cooked through. Once removed from the oven, top slices of cherry tomatoes
