Class Guide Ab Attack: Cardiovascular and core stability focusing on the back, stomach and core aiming to improve posture and define those abs. Aerial Hoop: Aerial Hoop classes are great for building strength, stamina and increasing flexibility. A full class will give your whole body a good workout but when it comes to your core muscles and your upper body strength - nothing even comes close. Aerobics: A fun & social class incorporating choreographed workout routines for all round general fitness. Azontobeats: Get fit, get lean and have fun in this vibrant new dance based fitness class. West African dance moves, some Caribbean stylings and a dash of West Coast beats give you a dance based workout you wont forget. BodyPump™: The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body, challenging all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, motivating instructor and your choice of weights get the results you came for fast! Body Combat™: Non-contact, martial arts-based fitness programme with moves drawn from Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each class is choreographed to tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results. Boot Camp: Designed to really push you to maximise your results! Boot camps encompass a varying range of exercises to keep you hooked and cover all aspects of fitness training from cardiovascular, toning, strength and flexibility. Boxing Fitness: This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you! HIIT Circuits: 30 minutes of alternating intervals of high intensity work with low-moderate recovery intervals builds lean muscle mass and loses any excess weight to achieve an amazing physique. This class will burn a large amount of calories in a short amount of time - the ideal workout for a busy schedule! Kettlebell Circuit: Increase your strength, power, endurance and overall fitness whilst blitzing body fat to leave you toned and in great shape! MMA Circuit: This high intensity circuits class uses movements and techniques from Mixed Martial Arts to give you an all over body workout. Build lean muscle mass through kicking, punching, throwing, skipping, climbing, kettlebells, and much, much more… Pole Fitness: An exciting body workout class aimed at increasing flexibility, improving posture, shaping the waist line and toning thighs. Sculpt & Tone: Join us on Wednesday afternoons for a mid-week, high intensity workout. This class aims to give you a whole body workout helping you to burn calories whilst also toning those hard to reach muscles. Spin Biking: Fun cardio cycling workout set to great soundtracks and varied routines to keep your body guessing! Burn fat fast and target the bum and legs to leave you toned, tired and addicted for more! TRX Circuits: Using straps, body weight and sheer determination, hang tough in one of our variety of TRX classes. Wonderfully adjustable to target various facets of fitness, these classes provide a low-impact yet intense workout.
