The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment joins the young musicians of THAMES and Phoenix School for a fantastical evening of musical flashes and bangs, including a mix of baroque and original works and culminating in a roof-raising massed performance of Handel’s Music for the Royal Fireworks.

Supported by the Baily Thomas Charitable Fund, Michael Tippett Musical Foundation and Sir John Cass’s Foundation

Having mesmerised audiences with their holographic opera in our Winter Festival 2012, Opera Erratica returns with Triptych, a daring new work mixing together music, avant-garde performance, visual art and fashion. Taking Puccini’s Il Trittico as a starting point, this new trio touches on radical feminism, pornography, heart-wrenching loss and the absurdity of language.

Suitable for 14+ year-olds Running time: 1 hour Supported by a group of individual donors 9
