Automated, Integrated, and Configurable

One-Station Module QA System Compact Footprint The single-station Spi-Module QA system is typically used in crystalline silicon module production lines where floorspace is limited. The system integrates sun simulation, high voltage isolation testing, ground continuity testing*, and label printing* in a single unit whose footprint is only slightly larger than a standard Spi-Sun Simulator. It offers throughput rates of up to 80 modules/hr (cycle time 45 sec).

Two-Station Module QA System Very High Throughput The two-station Spi-Module QA system is typically used in module lines where demanding production rates drive the system configuration. The system offers sun simulation, high voltage isolation testing, ground continuity testing*, and label printing* in an automated linear configuration. It is capable of processing up to 120 modules/hr (cycle time 30 sec).
