VENT u

You may submit up to seven unpublished poems which may be thematically but not exclusively about inhaling, exhaling, venting, decompressing and breathing.

v

Send them in a single file attachment - .doc, or .rtf - with a short bio note to: spiraclejournal at gmail dot com

w

Submissions in any other format will go straight to the waste bin unread. We are not being persnickety, we just want to eliminate file formatting-related issues.

x

While we are not exactly averse to the experimental piece with alternative layout, please bear in mind that we are looking for the poetic creation that is “…simple and chaste in design, properly proclaiming its value by substance alone and not by meretricious ornamentation–as all good things should do.“ – O. Henry

y

We will manage to breathe through all submissions year-round.
