1924 Waterlow file sheet 7/6d. vignette only and complete design, both in blocks of twenty (10x2) being the bottom two rows of the sheet, both with five large punch holes in the middle of every block of four, both with various ink notations in the margin, the vignette with “Vignette plate & lay correct for 7/6 value” in red ink and “7/6 Cents Colour OK”, the complete design with “Correct Colour OK” and “Casement wording correct.
