The Script announce forest gig The Script is the first act to be announced for Forest Live 2015 The Irish trio’s fourth album ‘No Sound Without Silence’ hit the top of the charts on its release and follows on from previous success with ‘#3’, ‘Science & Faith’ and their eponymous debut, all contributing to sales in excess of 20 million. Income generated from ticket sales is spent on protecting, improving and expanding England’s forests and woodlands and increasing their value to people and wildlife. Over Forest Live’s 14 year history, money raised has contributed to a wide range of projects, from wildlife conservation to making improvements for visitors. With everything required for a great night out, including full catering and bar facilities, the gigs are renowned for their relaxed atmosphere. Commenting on the forest show, Danny O’Donoghue for The Script said, “We love performing live and our biennial gig in the woods is becoming a bit of a touring tradition, so we are really looking forward to playing Thetford Forest again in 2015.”
