Serves everyone who reads this magazine. Allergen warning: We are literally allergic to bad cuisine: Overcooking with facts; undercooking with voice. Burnt Wikipedia articles and underdone autobiographies are not appetizing. What we enjoy serving: Chefs should strive to submit memoirs, anecdotes, and stories garnished formally or informally with reflection and voice. We are interested in all manner of dishes, short or long, prose or poetry, even photographic. Our main focus will be on serving memoirs, though other fare will be accepted if it is appealing enough.
