Our colleagues received a page of discount coupons from brands like Myntra, Mcdonalds, Being Indian, Bookmyshow and Hokey Pokey. All of us at SDA were absolutely thrilled with these amazing surprises. As always, our boss Shiraz chose an employee of the month that is Jagrut now titled the Superman of the Month. Congratulations, Superman for saving us from design disasters. This launch was special for Pratik and Deependra. Who performed extremely well during the Madhuban Toyota Project and our boss Shiraz never missed the chance to appreciate them by awarding them with certificates for working so tirelessly. Lastly, a special mention of Monali who has done fantastic and praise worthy doodle designs for every single page of SpiceBuzz. SDA is indeed proud to have extraordinary individuals like her.

WHAT’S TRENDING DECEMBER 2016 EDITION
#WhatsTrending Let's find out what's actually trending this month!! Here are some adorable DIY tips for this festive season!
Tea Light Snowman Ornaments These tea light snowman ornaments are really easy to make and they look ADORABLE! Who would have thought you could make such a cute Christmas ornament by just using tea lights?! When you turn on the tea light, the "flame" becomes the snowman's carrot nose! Talk about adorable! HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Battery operated tea lights A Black Marker Red Ribbon (like this and this) Thick Red Wool Red Pom Poms Black Felt / Velvet Paper Orange Marker / Sketch Pen Glue
Use the Black Marker to draw a simple face onto the tea light. Cut a piece of the red wool to approximately 2.5” long. Curve it around the tea light & add a small line of glue on both ends to hold it in place. Now, add a generous dab of glue where the ears would be & add the pom poms. Now your snowman has ear muffs!
Cross over the red ribbon over itself to make it look like a scarf & add a small dab of glue to hold it together. Now, add a small line of glue to the back of the “scarf” and then glue it to the back of the tea light. The tea light flame is white when it’s turned off so you’ll want to color it orange with a marker or a sketch pen to make it look like a carrot, even when the tea light is turned off. Voila!
Add some more variations by having cutouts of hats using Black felt / velvet paper!
Christmas Tree Napkins Transform a normal dinner napkin into this cheery Christmas tree for your plate. STEPS: 1 - Fold napkin in half twice; place with open point facing towards the top. 2 - Fold first flap down towards bottom point. 3 - Fold next flap down over first, letting a little fabric show in between layers. 4 - Continue with remaining napkin folds. 5 - Tuck right corner under, with ends meeting the edge of the opposite side towards the bottom. 6 - Repeat with left side. 7 - Starting at top, fold each layer under itself. 8 - Once every layer has been folded, tuck cinnamon stick between last two folds. 9 - Top with paper star.

GURUKOOL DECEMBER 2016 EDITION
#DirtyLittleSecret Well these three words have the power to make us smirk and force us to think on a different tangent. It’s one of the weird human traits that have time and again helped things go viral on the internet! Be it a celebrity or politician’s video titled as ‘dirty little secrets’ has made our mouse click on it or someone sharing the secrets anonymously. We love any kind of GOSSIP! End of story! This is the insight that BBlunt tried to hit and was immensely successful while educating the Indian market about ‘dry shampoo’. The product is meant to be sprayed from a distance of 6 inch on the roots. It claims to easily absorb grease and grime within minutes. As the shampoo needed to build awareness they decide to ‘share dirty little secrets’. BBlunt, along with digital agency Schbang, roped in the country’s most popular beauty, fashion and lifestyle bloggers to feature in a music video along with BBlunt’s founder Adhuna Bhabani. Racy lyrics, sexual puns and a catchy tune make for an amusing watch. “I do it in the morning, right before I go to work. I do it in the front. I do it in the back… Shake, spray, rub it on for two. That dirty little secret called Dry Shampoo’. The racy tone has been extended on to each and every piece of content on the brand’s social media properties. Prior to revealing the Dirty Little Secret anthem video on social media, the brand resorted to gifs, visuals to pique fans’ curiosity. After the big reveal, the brand’s feeds have been an interesting watch; content is laden with sexual puns, what with the product being termed as a quickie, a constant affair and a booty call. The whole video is one package, because not only is the jingle catchy, but also the video is a visual delight. The styling is offbeat and poles apart from usual fashion videos. The hint of pop on monochrome background just sets the standard for the brand. There are all hipster positive vibes given by the video and every new window has a surprise element that vents freshness! With all the quirky and punny lyrics, the jingle attracted the audience and subtly educated them about the new concept of ‘dry shampoo!’ The jingle went viral in no time and there were Dubsmashes shared by many on their respective social media account. Something original always goes viral and this campaign is the proof. Type in this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pERBNdqq0kI or just Google ‘#DirtyLittleSecrets’ and you will surely find the link in jiffy! The SEO work is done good too there… !
