The Restaurant has revamped its menu with an array of 21 delightful new dishes to offer you a wide variety of over 50 items! Some of the new lip-smacking dishes include Surf &Turf with Roasted Chicken, Prawn and Bacon Roll, served with Green Vegetables, Grilled Tomato, Baked Potato and Cranberry Sauce; Stir-fried Toman Fillet with Ginger and Spring Onion; Canton Style Deep Fried Bean Curd with Chicken Cubes, Prawns and Water Chestnuts, and Wok-fried Chicken with Dried Chilli and Cashew Nuts - Chilli lovers will definitely find this irresistible!

Deep-fried Baby Garoupa

The Restaurant is also introducing two new pasta – Chicken Tom Yam Lasagne - in which Spicy Minced Chicken topped with Mozzarella Cheese is baked in oven with tom yam flavour and for Ginger Bud Flower Spaghetti, the Prawn, Salmon, Crayfish and Green Mussel are tossed in Ginger Bud Flower Curry Sauce. Diners who love both salmon and fish will find these most mouth-watering – Deep-fried Baby Garoupa with Zhen Jiang Vinegar, Thai Chilli or Light Soy Sauce, and Wok-fried Salmon Belly cooked with Rose Wine and Braised Spicy Song Fish Head cooked in delicious gravy. Dessert lovers are in for a treat too! The restaurant has launched the magical ‘SPGG Ice Cream Delight’ to make all wishes come true!
