Classes run the entire school year unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel classes with too few participants. All participants must have a child aged birth to kindergarten. The sliding scale above lists recommended fees; no family will be excluded because of an inability to pay. (collection of class fees alone does not cover programming costs) Fees are collected in fall and winter for first and second semesters, respectively. Refunds can be made through third week of class. Participants may make tax-deductible donations to sponsor other participating families.

30% of enrollment spaces in every class are reserved for new participants. Due to limited resources, enrollment priority is given to children and their parents or legal guardians. Each parent/guardian may participate in only one parent/child class per semester. Preference is given to families residing in Saint Paul. If space is available after the third week of class, families residing outside Saint Paul may enroll for an additional 10% surcharge. Families enrolled first semester will be given priority to register for second semester, if attending a full-year class. Any family who enrolls and does not attend for three consecutive classes without notifying staff will forfeit their place in class to other families on our waiting list.
