Yoga with Weights

This is a flow-style yoga in which breath is linked with movement in and out of asanas (postures). This physical practice builds strength, flexibility and body awareness while being accessible to all levels of practitioners. This class will have a faster flow and focus on core strength. Between your sun salutations and downward dogs, you will be challenged with 10-15 minute abdominal workouts. Previous yoga experience is helpful. Instructor: C. This upbeat yoga class is geared toward toning every muscle in your body! As you move through traditional yoga postures, you will challenge yourself by incorporating dumbbells.
