Ownership & Partners “Serving the Global ESS market.” June 1st 2019 The principal owners of Shapoorji Pallonji and Sterling Wilson joined the founders of PBES and formed Sterling PlanB – giving us the financial capacity to serve the global ESS market. Together they own industrial power companies that generate $5B USD/year in revenues. TTB Holdings is a conglomerate of environmental investors led by Paul Hughes and Brent Perry. It was formed in 2014, with the intent of supporting the formation of PBES Ltd. It has operations in both Europe and Canada, and is the core of the management structure of Sterling PBES Energy Solutions Ltd. Its principals are considered the founders of the large scale lithium energy storage industry in commercial marine, and their history is directly responsible for the many companies now participation in marine applications with energy storage around the world.

Powerful Energy Storage Sterling PlanB systems use the industry’s most advanced cells, with the highest energy density in the market. Coupled with our CellCool® system, enabling all cells to consistently operate at optimal conditions, our systems can achieve incredible power outputs, and operate at an average continuous rate of 300% to deliver power boosts. high discharge power applications requiring high C-rates and faster cycling. It provides up to 15,000

charge/discharge cycles at 80% DoD. Power 73 (P73) also provides up to

FINANCING OPTIONS

System Leasing An alternative to purchasing an Energy Storage Solution upfront without extensive CAPEX investments. Sterling PlanB now offers financing and operation of an energy storage system as part of a long-term Energy Storage Agreement (â&#x20AC;&#x153;ESAâ&#x20AC;?). Avoid extensive CAPEX investments by applying a monthly pay-peruse fee based on the actual energy consumption of your fully installed system, rather than committing to purchasing an Energy Storage System (ESS) upfront. The ESA is all-inclusive in nature and includes the supply, commissioning, warranty, service and performance reporting for the ESS over the duration of the contract. Our all inclusive pricing includes the supply and installation of the ESS, commissioning, and finance, as well as a warranty for the entire contract period, a concierge service and full reporting through OnWatch.

Zero Emissions ForSea Ferries have chosen to charge their batteries with â&#x20AC;&#x153;green electricityâ&#x20AC;?, from non-fossil fuel sources such as wind, water and solar energy. This means that there are no emissions from the two battery-operated vessels. Aurora and Tycho Brahe are among two of the four ships servicing this route, with the other two still running on diesel. According to the operators, the new ferries will allow them to cut emissions down by about 65%. This will help Swedenâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s long-term goal of becoming climate neutral by 2045.
