The International Dance Company requires a full-range facility for the production and performance of its art, and needs a variety of flexible support spaces to make the 280-seat theater more finacially viable. The Theater should harmonize with the context of historic bricktown while expressing its own fresh identity on the canal.

The formal and functional aspects of the Theater within the support spaces were designed in reference to the relationship of a precious gem inside a jewelry box.
