She holds degrees in both Interpersonal Communication and Human Relations as well as her Master's degree in Sustainable Business Performance; one of the fastest growing services for today's business environment. Isla has been working as a communications specialist since 2006 and joined Southwestern Consulting in 2010 where she holds both positions as Consultant and Corporate Program Director. She is currently 1 of 2 certified consultants who can train and deliver on workplace mediation and facilitation. She has most recently created curriculums for both conflict resolution and performance mediation in which she can coach and train companies and organizations to practice and deliver mediation services within their core group of employees.
