Xanté Chili 4 cl Xanté approx. 2 cm green chili 2 cl pear purée 4 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice 4 cl simple syrup 2 cl water Muddle chili and shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish: A small piece of green chili. Top with soda
X-strawba 2 cl XantĂŠ 2 cl grass vodka 6-8 fresh basil leaves 3 strawberries 4 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice 4 cl simple syrup frotte or fresh egg white Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish: Red basil or regular green basil
The Xanté Classics Golden Retriever 4 cl Xanté Ice Champagne Place a shot glass of Xanté in a small glass of ice. Gently pour your favorite champagne, chilled of course, in a tulip glass. Consume in whichever order you prefer.
Xanté Ginger Martini 4 cl Xanté 4 cl lemon juice 3 cl simple syrup 1 small piece of fresh ginger Muddle the ginger. Add Xanté, freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain twice. Serve in a cocktail glass, garnish with fresh ginger.
Xanté Berry 4 cl Xanté 5 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 barspoon of strawberry liqueur 3 strawberries 3 cl simple syrup Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass with a sugar coated rim.
Xanté Hot Apple 4 cl Xanté Freshly pressed apple juice A cinnamon stick Heat the freshly pressed apple juice together with the cinnamon stick. Add Xanté before serving.
Lennart 4 cl Xanté 1 cl freshly squeezed lime juice Sprite/7-up
Four in a row
Pour over ice in a highball glass and fill with Sprite or 7-up. Squeeze a lime wedge.
Place four shot glasses next to each other and fill them to the rim with ice cold Xanté. To be consumed in the company of friends.
Do remember that Xanté, apart from being a perfect cocktail ingredient, is favorably enjoyed neat.
Sake X-pearience 1 cl XantĂŠ 3 cl sake Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish: Grapefruit zest
XantĂŠ Bourbon Bliss 2 cl XantĂŠ 2 cl bourbon 8 mint leaves 4 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice 4 cl simple syrup Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a cognac glass. Garnish: Mint leaf
XantĂŠ Cucumber Tease 4 cl XantĂŠ 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 cl simple syrup approx. 2 chunks of cucumber Fill with ginger ale Muddle cucumber, add all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish: Long strips of cucumber
Xanté Stormy Pear 4 cl Xanté 1 cl freshly squeezed lime juice 1 dash simple syrup 1 dash Angostura Bitters Fill with ginger beer Build over ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish: Lime wedge
