Southlake ARTS is printed in full color on high quality, glossy stock, with a final trim dimension of 8.75 x 8.75”. • All print ready submissions must be in four color (CMYK) and 300dpi. • File formats accepted: PDF (preferred), EPS, TIFF, JPG • Hard copy proofs are not necessary. • Please embed/outline all fonts. • Spreads should be prepared as two separate full page ads to ensure proper bleed. • Keep live elements a minimum of 0.25” from trim line on all sides. Failure to provide files as required can cause unpredictable errors when the files are output and create production charges to correct.
