Medication drop box — On Friday, Oct. 12, Southington will open its permanent medication drop box, located at Southington Police Department, 69 Lazy Lane.

Bottle drive — Grace Nursery School, 121 Pleasant St., will hold a bottle and can drive on Saturday, Oct. 13, at the school from 9 a.m. to noon. Pumpkin patch — St. Paul’s Pumpkin Patch, 145 Main St., will open on Saturday, Oct. 13. The patch will be open Monday through Friday from 2 to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 7 p.m. The sale will run through Wednesday, Oct. 31.
