M.A. in Women’s Studies The purpose of the Master of Arts in Women’s Studies program is to equip women for service in Christian ministries to other women. This seminary program is designed to be completed in a minimum of two academic years. Candidates for this degree should consult with the Director of Women’s Programs before beginning their program of study.
Admissions Requirements Admission to this program is limited to women holding a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent who also meet all other admission requirements for the seminary.
Degree Requirements Master of Arts in Women’s Studies students must complete 30 semester hours of core studies, 24 semester hours of Women’s Studies courses , and 9 semester hours of electives for a total of 63 credit hours with an overall GPA of 2.0 or better.
