MAY Raymond Tan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Guam. Raymond joined the Luen Thai Group in 1983 and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Raymond has received several awards including: the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong and the DHL/SCMP Owner-Operator award in 2003; Outstanding entrepreneurship, Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards Hong Kong and Capital Leaders of Excellence Awards in 2012; and Capital Entrepreneurship in 2013. Raymond is founder and chairman of Chelsea Football Foundation (HK) and chairman of the Tuloy Foundation (Philippines).

John S. Thorbeck founded Chainge Capital to develop and apply speed and flexibility for retailers and brands. He has collaborated extensively with Warren H. Hausman, professor of management science and engineering at Stanford University, to adapt the postponement strategy from electronics to fashion merchandising and sourcing. Warren and John are co-authors of the “Zara Gap” financial metrics, and a fast fashion case study taught at Stanford. John is a former CEO of GH Bass & Co (PVH) and Rockport (Adidas), and senior marketing executive for Timberland Co and Nike. John received an MBA at Harvard Business School.
