ABC Fashion and Retail Knowledge Level 1 and Level 2 Award/Certificate/Diploma This course is designed to give students a Level 2 qualification in Fashion Retail, providing the knowledge, skills and understanding required to gain employment, or progress to a Level 3 qualification.

We have a wide range of new and exciting courses on the programme this year which offer alternative routes for young people in retail and business. Retail Business Diploma This course is for students interested in a career in the Retail Sector. The course offers a start to a career within a variety of retail professions and will lead on to further higher level training and learning opportunities in an area which has grown extensively in recent years. A career path based on this option would lead into professional work in areas such as Sales, Advertising & Marketing, Buying, and Human resources, Visual Merchandising, Administration and Customer Service.

The course has an extensive range of units, giving students the opportunity to build their own qualification that caters for their needs. The BTEC First Diploma in Business provides a broad, solid foundation for progression to Level 3 and employment in the business sector, including an understanding of how organisations in business operate and the key skills required to work in the industry.

Progression Routes at The Source... The Source Skills Academy prides itself on offering progression routes for students at various levels. Progression routes include the Level 2 and 3 Retail Business Diploma, the Level 2 Certificate in Retail Knowledge and the Level 3 Diploma in Fashion Retailing. To offer an alternative vocational route, The Source delivers a range of Apprenticeships in Retail, Business, Customer Service, Hospitality and Warehousing.
