Granted, for us older folks trained to do things by force, it is a little harder to break those patterns of repetition. This does not mean that we can’t, it just means we need to remind ourselves of our successes, that’s all. Where Do You Want To Be?

Are you moving yet? How about now? Are you stressed? Did you know that adrenalin builds up in the body and becomes toxic when it is not neutralized? Do you want to know how to neutralize adrenalin? Guess what? One way is to get moving. This burns off the adrenalin. It isn’t just moving though, it is doing something that is enjoyable like dancing, playing badminton or going for a hike. You can do any of Point Roberts, Washington these and still get stressed. So here is the other part. In Your Body Exercise your emotional mind. Question what you are In Your Mind stressed about and whether it will really matter. You In Your Motions can do this while you are moving about. Another part In Your Spirit is to see your successes after you have been stressed out In Your Soul about something. Then feel the joy of your In Your Life accomplishment. It has an amazing effect.
