FELLOW BEINGS OF LIGHT AND MATTER Welcome to the premiere issue. It give me great pleasure to present you with my very own Newsletter. I hope that some will enjoy it as much as I have in putting it together; from scratch, well almost. I did use a template to begin with. As I went along I began to make modifications to the layout and print. This is not unlike life. We are given a blueprint from which to work from or create with. However as we begin to live life we begin to make modifications. Sometime we make choices that we are happy with that allows us to function in joyful ways. Other times we make choices we are happy with, but it creates difficulties in unpleasant ways. Why you might ask we are happy with these choices. For the simple reason is they give us what we want. The trouble is we are not always willing to see what it is we want and therefore we don’t understand how we created what we got. Other times we are happy because we see the strength, knowledge and understanding we Be the Creator, have gained from going through a challenging Be the Observer, participation. If willing, there are always resources to assist us to make different choices. Blessings and Hugs. Enjoy Your Creations.

I thought I would begin this section by sharing one of my own stories with relation to the nature of ancient methods that help us to be well. The first one that I began to experience is Reflexology in 1983. I was still suffering at that time from an injury to my right big toe which occurred in 1978. The injury was created while I was holding a horse that had just finished running a race and was a little hyper. To Creekside Rain Forest alleviate his nervous energy he was pawing the ground. This is the nature of the horse, but is not necessarily a fluid motion. As he struck out, much weight is concentrated in the other 3 feet and then transferred to the striking foot. Unfortunately my intuitive senses were not present and he struck my

big toe. Then to complicate matters for me, he dragged his foot off of mine. Race horses are also fitted with special shoes. These shoes have little ridges on them that help them grip the earth and give them more traction and oomph to their stride. It also causes more damage to the human foot. In my case the big toe and ball of foot and tendon attached to it. The whole foot would have felt the impact but this is the area that preceded to give me trouble for several years. The problem I was having had to do with walking, but mostly with turning on the ball of the foot or bending the big toe joint. At times it was extremely painful and cleaning stalls was problematic. Several years later, and even though I no longer cleaned stalls, I was still having difficulties with some movements. Then I got involved with Reflexology and several sessions later I no longer had the pain I experienced in my big toe joint. To this day I continue to be free from the injury.

The Body is Designed for Movement Pick one form of movement that involves the whole body. Allow yourself to intuit what that movement is. Then using breath, breathe into the movement and then breathe out of the movement. It might look like this ~ you bend forward allowing the body to do the bending and breath out, then allowing the body to straighten, you breath in. Do between 5 and 10 breaths. Something more complicated could look like a spiral coming out from the waistline and following energy flows out through the toes and fingers. Breathe out as you spiral out and breathe in as you bring the spiral back allowing the movement to complete itself; the body and not the mind leads the movement and direction it takes. Repeat in the opposite directions.
