BA (Hons.) GRAPHIC DESIGN
FINAL MAJOR PROJECT
Brief/Session/Document Title Paul Danks Property Development & Lettings Brief Develop a range of hypothetical brand stationary for property developer/landlord, Paul Danks, which reflects his care, attention to detail, friendly, and considered approach for working with both his properties and tenants alike. A consideration for striking the balance between cost effectiveness in design production and quality must be made for the projects’ resolved outcomes. Background / Considerations Consider proposed budgetary restrictions for the hypothetical branding brief, and what, in reality, would be a suitable budget for both the client and the appropriateness in terms of consideration and print finishes for the client and his business (a reflection of the houses and properties which are let). Also reflect upon the existing brand identity market for property developers and letting agents to ensure that the brand design stands out against the client’s contemporaries and acts as an effective and memorable means of visual communication in a day-to-day business environment. Mandatory Requirements -
Research existing brand development and brand identity of other land lords and property developers both in the current location and on a global level. Develop a body of research about the client base and current tenants of the properties and the personality of the client himself, along with the properties that he wants to convey to prospective tenants and buyers.
