If observing Sabbath is to delight in God, what are those practices that might help us cease, rest, embrace and feast?

resting Augustine, in his Confessions wrote: You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our heart is restless until it rests in you. Allow yourself time to rest in God and refrain from working more than we are called to; from pushing ourselves outside of our limits.
