OKLAHOMA STAFF APR 5 44 Record Crowd Views Bedlam’s Return to Norman
The Bedlam game was the first matchup against the Cowboys on OU’s campus since 1996. OU came from behind to record an 8-3 victory, its 12th comeback of the season. The game’s attendance of 2,852 marked the 11th best at Dale L. Mitchell Park and the most since 3,064 were in Norman for the May 30, 2009 NCAA Norman Regional game against Arkansas.

33 Ogle Named Big 12 Player of the Week
For the first time in his career, junior catcher Tyler Ogle was named the Big 12 Player of the Week for games played through April 17. The San Antonio, Texas, native was the fourth different Sooner to collect a Big 12 weekly award in 2011 and it marked the sixth honor this season collected by OU, a league best. In addition to the Big 12 honor, Ogle was also tabbed as NCBWA National Player of the Week on April 18.

Golloway Records 250th Career Win as OU Head Coach
Sunny Golloway recorded his 250th career win on April 26 against TCU in Fort Worth. The Sooners posted a 7-4 victory over the Horned Frogs and improved to 11-2 under Golloway against TCU. Golloway moved into fourth place on OU’s career win list.
