This is an uncomplicated yet elegant design for a wonderfully stylish scarf, with enough detail to show off your yarn and make even single colors come alive. A fairly tight gauge places the emphasis on the stitchwork. It’s also easy to adjust the pattern width as desired. Details: Size: 72" long after blocking, with 20 pattern repeats Gauge: 19st/4 on 3.5mm (#4) needles Yarn: KnitPicks Gloss Sock Yarn, Burgundy (1.5-2 skeins depending on length, or approximately 350yds) Technique: knit flat Pattern: multiple of 7 + 4; to increase width add 7 stitches at a time
