Oma's Cottage Cheesecake


1/4 cup butter 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 2 tablespoons white sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 cups cottage cheese 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2/3 cup white sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt Directions

2/3 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared crust. 4. Bake

in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until filling is firm. Allow to

cool completely.
