January 1st Kids Crafts

REMINDERS FOR PEDESTRIANS, DRIVING SAFE, AND PARKING IN LIVE OAK PRESERVE • Please abide by all speed limit signs. • Pedestrians, please use all crosswalks to cross the streets. This is for your safety. • Please come to a complete stop at all stop signs. • Pedestrians must yield the right-ofway to vehicles when crossing outside of a marked crosswalk or an unmarked crosswalk at an intersection. • Please do not block sidewalk passages while parking in your driveway. Blocking sidewalks violates the Ameri-

cans’ With Disabilities Act, a federal law, and causes an unsafe situation when pedestrians are forced to walk in the streets. • Blocking sidewalks with vehicles is subject to a fine and suspension of use rights of the amenities. • No overnight parking of vehicles on the streets. Vehicles parked overnight on the street will be towed. *Please see the Association Documents for details*

Pet Friendly Reminders Hi Everyone!

I know that a lot of us here at Live Oak Preserve love our pets! We would consider them as a part of our family! Please be kind and an outstanding neighbor by cleaning up after your pets and keeping them on a leash. It is important for a pet owner to maintain control over their pets in public places like parks, playgrounds, and sidewalks. It is also important to maintain control and all safety precautions while the pet in on or near the owner’s property as well as residential neighborhoods in general. This helps keep children, adults, and even other animals including your pets safe.

Do you have a Clubhouse question? Please contact Debbie Leone, Amenities Center Director or Alexa Vanek, Assistant Clubhouse Manager at (813) 994-0591

LIVE OAK PRESERVE • SPOTLIGHT OF THE MONTH

Debbie Leone

B

Getting to Know Debbie:

orn and raised in New Jersey, Debbie Leone and her husband Anthony Leone decided to reside here in Tampa in 2005 and made Live Oak Preserve their home! Besides watching her favorite soap opera, Debbie loves to decorate, travel, and socialize with her friends. She loves Italian food and her favorite color is blue! Debbie started a job here at Live Oak Preserve in April of 2009 as a pool monitor and worked her way up to be our Amenities Center Director! I have to say, doing what she does isn’t always easy and she goes above and beyond for her job and to accommodate people the best way she can! (Even when she’s off duty) If you know Deb, then you know she has a heart of Gold, great spirit, an Amazing Friend, an awesome grandmother, and a great colleague! She always thinks about others before thinking of herself!

JANUARY 2019 | Lifestyles At Live Oak Preserve

We here at Live Oak Preserve Clubhouse, would really like to say, “THANK YOU” Debbie Leone for all that you do! You are greatly appreciated and thank you so much for always having our backs and continue to set us straight when we do wrong to keep us on track! LOL This is why you are our Spotlight of the Month! WE THANK & APPRECIATE YOU!! Moving? I want your home to gain the most exposure & sell for top dollar: 3D virtual reality tour.
