Dear Grand Hampton Residents: With all the rain we’ve experienced recently, the curbside Oak trees in front of your homes and throughout the neighborhood have had a sudden growth spurt, causing the lower hanging limbs and branches to impede safe pedestrian and vehicular passage. Please take a moment to inspect your trees and uplift them as necessary. This is a safety issue that cannot go unaddressed. Thank you for your cooperation! Grand Hampton HOA Management

Dear Grand Hampton residents: We will have a guest speaker, Mr. Michael Williams, Director of Transportation Planning and Development for Hillsborough County, attending our AUGUST 6 BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING, to speak on various traffic and safety concerns on County Line Rd, including speeding, traffic lights, and road alignment issues at the west resident only entrance/exit with the new townhome community to be built across County Line Rd. The Board will conduct a Q&A session with Mr. Williams, in which residents may participate. Please try to attend this important meeting. Thank you. Your Grand Hampton Board of Directors Meeting Date: Monday, August 6, 2018 Time: 6:30 PM Location: GH Clubhouse, Grand Room

Volunteer of the Month: Arjun Adusumalli Hi! My name is Arjun Adusumalli and I have been living in Grand Hampton since 2009. I have just graduated from TCMS and I will now attend at Brooks Debartolo. I like being outdoors and to play sports. I play tennis, basketball, and run track. When I am not playing any sports, I like to sit at home and play my Xbox. I enjoyed my time volunteering when I went with my friend to Meadow Pointe. I loved interacting with all the families, especially the young kids. I liked how volunteering made me feel and I decided to continue. I figured the best place to start was in my own community. My first time volunteering was at the Father’s Day Event, “Daddy and Me” BBQ Class and Luncheon. It was fun and everyone ate good food and enjoyed themselves. Volunteering has helped me make connections. Not just with my community, but all around. It has helped me be more social. Thank you Arjun Adusumalli for being our Community Spotlight and Volunteer of the month! It’s so great to have new people come and join our team and it’s even better when volunteering helps them to open up more! You are quick on your feet and will always be the first one to get up and start working or lending a hand. Thank you for always having a smile on your face, being so polite and being so well-mannered. The future is definitely going to be bright with you! Remember, “WE ALL LEAD BY EXAMPLE”!!!

Reminders for Driving in Grand Hampton - Speed limit is 25 MPH. Please drive within the limit. - Please come to a complete stop at Stop signs. - The vehicle in the traffic circle has the right of way, please yield. - When parking in your driveway, please do not block sidewalk passage Blocking sidewalks violates the Americans’ With Disabilities Act, a federal law, and causes an unsafe situation when pedestrians are forced to walk in the streets.

This is your neighborhood, so let’s keep it safe for you and your neighbors 6 • To Advertise Call: 813-501-4894
